Responsibilities
Reconcile financial documentation for real estate properties using our industry-leading platform.
Empower clients by guiding them through the effective use of our software to manage their real estate investments efficiently.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and offer tailored solutions to maximize their use of the platform.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay current on platform updates, enhancements, and best practices to deliver informed and proactive client support.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products that can further benefit clients.

Required
Strong interest in enterprise technology, real estate, and finance.
Proactive and results-driven, with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Exceptional follow-through, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a persuasive communication style.
Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software.
Preferred
BA/BS in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within the SaaS, finance, or real estate sectors is a plus.
