Apartment Tour Manager (Affordable Housing) - Part-Time

Responsibilities
Coordinate with MGNY Project Managers and developer clients to plan in-person tours of affordable apartments throughout New York City.
Schedule tours with qualified applicants with a focus on clear communication and the best applicant experience.
Travel to and host tours with qualified applicants.
Track tour invites and attendance and provide consistent reporting to MGNY Project Managers.
Learn and remember the key selling points and features of dozens of properties in order to drive sales conversion and provide the best applicant experience.
Demonstrate mastery of the department knowledge base, including the lottery marketing and lease-up process, rent stabilization, and rental subsidies.
Coordinate with owner or management contacts to prepare for rental subsidy unit inspections as needed.
Maintain detailed tracking systems for each application and project, in coordination with Project Managers and Directors.

High School Diploma is required.
Preferred
Experience in residential rentals or sales is a plus.
A driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle are preferred.
