Responsibilities

Drive new business and achieve revenue targets by initiating high-volume outreach to potential clients, including event planners, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), Visitor Bureaus, convention centers, and corporate/private event organizers.
Focus on connecting with prospects through consistent calls, emails, and follow-up messages, engaging potential clients at the right time for their event planning needs.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly quotas for calls, emails, and qualified opportunities created, maintaining a high level of activity to contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
Assist with drafting and refining proposals to reflect client needs, collaborating directly with clients to align our performance offerings with their event goals.

Required

1-3 years of experience in a sales role, ideally involving outbound sales outreach and cold calling, with a focus on the events, hospitality, or live entertainment industry.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets/quotas in a high-volume sales environment.
Strong interest in music and event planning with excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with an ability to manage time effectively and stay focused on high-volume outreach.
Coachable and eager to learn, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
