Responsibilities
Using our CRM system, workflow tasks are assigned. Tasks include simple items like address changes, to more complex tasks like onboarding a new client.
Calling on existing clients for their annual/quarterly review and following up on prospective client’s inquiry’s.
Prepare for scheduled review meetings and log notes.
Organizing client appreciation events and gifts.

Required
Basic MS Office knowledge.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Works well independently.
Preferred
Experience with Redtail CRM, LPL Clientworks, Morningstar Advisor Workstation. (Experience with these tools a plus but not necessary).
