Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end process of construction draws, including reviewing, approving, and processing draw requests for both commercial and residential projects.
Ensure all documentation and approvals are in place before disbursing funds, adhering to the specific requirements of each project.
Thoroughly review all draw requests, including invoices, lien waivers, change orders, and contractor statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project agreements.
Verify that the work completed aligns with project schedules, budgets, and contract terms before releasing funds.
Work closely with contractors, project managers, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation, resolve discrepancies, and maintain open lines of communication.
Coordinate with inspectors and third-party consultants to validate the completion of work before approving draw requests.
Monitor the financial progress of construction projects, tracking the disbursement of funds against the approved budget and ensuring that funds are used appropriately.
Prepare and distribute regular reports on the status of construction draws, highlighting any issues or delays that may impact the project timeline or budget.
Ensure that all draw processes comply with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks related to construction draw disbursements, including potential cost overruns, delays, or fraudulent activities.

Required
Experience in managing construction draws for commercial and residential projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and financial management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with contractors, lenders, and project managers.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to review and verify draw requests and associated documentation.
Ability to identify and mitigate risks related to construction draw disbursements.
Preferred
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to construction financing preferred.
Experience with project management software or financial tracking tools preferred.
