Responsibilities

Systematize Law Firm Operations: Analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement streamlined, scalable processes.

Develop SOPs: Create detailed SOPs for recurring tasks to improve consistency and efficiency across the firm.

Introduce Automation: Leverage tools and software to automate repetitive tasks such as client intake, billing, follow-ups, and case management.

Mentor and Train: Guide law firm owners on effective delegation, team management, and operational oversight to reduce reliance on their direct involvement in day-to-day activities.

Evaluate Technology: Recommend and implement software solutions such as case management tools, CRMs, and automated workflows to enhance firm efficiency.

Support Growth Goals: Work closely with law firm owners to align operations with their revenue and lifestyle goals.

Required

Proven experience in law firm management, operations management, or a similar role. Experience with law firms specifically is highly desired, but not required.

Expertise in process optimization, delegation, and workflow automation.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire attorneys transitioning to business owners.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
