Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning and execution of P3’s digital products and platforms.
Manage the development team responsible for application updates and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and roadmap.
Continuously improve the platform based on user feedback and best practices.
Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement among mentors and mentees.
Analyze user behavior to optimize platform features and user experience.
Maintain and update platform content, including opportunities and Q&A sections.
Utilize data analytics to monitor engagement metrics and inform decisions.
Conduct user research to gather insights on needs and preferences.
Work with designers to enhance platform usability and accessibility.
Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the user journey.
Oversee technology projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to align on goals.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors as needed.
Oversee the mentor approval process to maintain quality standards.
Facilitate effective communication and engagement strategies.
Organize webinars, trainings, and online events to support community building.
Manage grant applications, reporting, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with finance and program teams to track grant expenditures.
Ensure timely submission of grant reports and adherence to funder guidelines.
Assist in identifying new grant opportunities to support program initiatives.
Implement the board’s mission and strategic initiatives within the digital realm.
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy policies, and legal regulations.
Integrate platform activities with overall organizational operations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the platform and its features.
Develop campaigns to attract new users and retain existing ones.
Plan and manage digital events to increase visibility and engagement.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or technology project management
Experience managing and scaling digital platforms or applications
Knowledge of grant application process and reporting in a non-profit setting
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies
Experience with user engagement strategies and community management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Passionate about P3’s mission and committed to empowering underrepresented communities
Preferred
Master’s degree
Experience in non-profit organizations or educational technology
