Responsibilities
Owns program delivery backlog, roadmap, and communication of program status.
Facilitate PI Planning readiness, scope, and objectives (working with BA and Product Owners).
Facilitate PI Planning stakeholder communication and prioritization.
Delivers and owns program board as used in PI Planning, including cross-platform/team dependencies.
Manages and prioritizes workload coming to the Agile Delivery Team(s), optimizing workflow coming to the team.
Identify and track business value planned and delivered by Agile Delivery Team(s).
Responsible for managing Agile Delivery Team(s) financial and budget reporting.
Responsible for managing expectations and communicating estimated delivery of initiatives, epics, features, and SAM deliverables.
Partners with leadership to understand resource constraints for Agile Delivery Team(s) and contributes to resource planning activities (ensuring balanced teams and skillsets in place, requesting resources outside the team)
Identify and manage program risks/issues.
Recognize, assess, and adjust based on current status, continually focused on delivery of highest value first.
Identify and manage change and ensure proper communication to stakeholders and team members.
Responsible for managing release readiness and representing work at change advisory board (CAB) meetings.
Leverage product delivery management best practices to track progress and drive results toward overall program objectives.
Ensure compliance of key SSDLC deliverables necessary for products that are supported by Agile Delivery Team(s).
Builds relationships and foster collaboration to instill trust.
Partner with IT teams, Business, and third-party vendors to continually make progress on program activities.
Creating the support model for designated products
Clearly document designated product information, description and capabilities offered.
Identify and execute appropriate communication methods to provide status that meets stakeholder and leadership needs.
Monitor and communicate program metrics to ensure standards and delivery excellence.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Microsoft Office skills (Project, SharePoint, OneNote).
Experience prioritizing and negotiating work requests.
Experience delivering IT products and services.
Solid understanding of IT Software Development Lifecycle and delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Disciplined Agile, SAFe).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to create effective documents and review them with key project stakeholders and multiple levels of the organization.
Experience managing multiple products of moderate to high risk.
Effective organization and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work within multiple levels of the firm.
Ability to deal with a variety of personalities.
Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with a diverse population.
Demonstrated ability to support, affect, and implement change.
Preferred
Product management certificate is preferred
5-8 years of Product Management/Program Management/or BA experience.
Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, CSPO) is a 'plus'.
