Experience in Loan Officer roles and Mortgage Lending
Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Underwriting processes
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently
Familiarity with loan origination software and systems
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
State-specific mortgage licenses and certifications (e.g., NMLS license)
