Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, text messages, and emails from potential candidates.
Proactively reach out to new leads to schedule consultations.
Conduct initial consultation calls in line with Apex’s best practices.
Schedule candidates for Admissions Interviews with the Talent Development Team.
Respond to incoming intercom messages on the website.
Regularly check lead web forms for performance.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required
Minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM and cloud-based software.
Confidently handle customer inquiries and effectively create urgency with candidates.
Strong ability to overcome objections and consistently meet interview scheduling goals.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work remotely with high-speed internet access in a quiet, professional workspace free from background noise.
Consistent, positive attitude.
A growth mindset and a proactive approach to finding innovative solutions.

Preferred
College coursework, a diploma or BA is preferred.
Experience or knowledge of special needs and disability services is a plus.
