Responsibilities

Provide subject-matter expertise, adoption guidance and solution/technical specialization on a Mainframe architecture.

Assist with the installation of Telemetry tools using SMP/e.

Required

Bachelor's degree

8 years of professional IT experience

Familiarity of mainframe z/os environment

Familiarity of Kubernetes

5 years of experience installing and configuring Dev/Ops software (knowledge of Git or other source control systems)

5 years Of experience managing and building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or other automation tools

Preferred

Strong understanding of Mainframes

Working knowledge in containerization

Strong willingness to learn emerging technologies including Zowe (API ML, CLI and installing Zowe in z/OS)

Willingness to learn new software enhancements as they are made available

Ability to travel a minimal amount as needed
