Responsibilities

Understand the Corporate segment's go-to-market strategies, customer and Partner insights, and competitive landscape to effectively translate business goals into actionable content strategies.
Develop and execute content strategies and plans targeting tax and IT professionals, focusing on tax technology solutions and ERP integrations.
Create high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including but not limited to blog posts, whitepapers, videos and case studies.
Partner with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy, relevance, and depth of content across all materials, leveraging their expertise to create authoritative and valuable resources for the target audience.
Identify, engage, and cultivate a robust network of internal and external subject matter experts and thought leaders including Partner, ERP and Product Experts
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in tax technology, ERP systems, and related fields.
Optimize content for search engines and implement best practices for digital content distribution.
Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required

Must be based in the United States; hybrid role based out of Eagan, Minnesota or Frisco/Dallas, Texas area
6+ years experience in content strategy and content creation, with tax and ERP domain expertise
Bachelor's degree; English, Communications, Journalism or related degree preferred.
Strong analytical skills and experience in forecasting, measuring, and reporting on content performance
Proficiency in content planning and reporting tools (e.g., Adobe)
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams, internal and external agencies as well as industry thought-leaders
Strong leadership, collaboration, teamwork and relationship-building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organization
Content strategy: 7 years (Required)
