Responsibilities
Provide specialized assistance to HR Recruiters and HR Assistants.
Conduct training sessions for new HR department members.
Organize advanced training for the Human Resource Team based on your academic background.
Share critical information, skills, and knowledge from your own expertise with team members.
Evaluate recruiters' interview performance weekly and contribute to their feedback and development.
Collaborate with the assigned Human Resource Manager and seek final approval from the CHRO and CSO for necessary weekly activities.

Required
A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Human Resource Management, International Relations or a related discipline.
Extensive knowledge of human resources principles and practices, including recruiting, hiring, and employee relations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
Demonstrated expertise in the field of human resources, acquired through a long and varied career in the industry.
Comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices that guide effective HR management and development.
Proven ability to conduct training sessions and lead advanced training programs for HR professionals, leveraging strong instructional skills and a deep understanding of the subject matter.
Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools, including the ability to effectively interpret and communicate findings to a wide range of stakeholders.
Extensive experience in managing the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, including the ability to design and deliver engaging and informative training materials.
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and guide a team towards a common goal.
High emotional intelligence, allowing for effective communication and relationship-building with team members and stakeholders.
Strong negotiation skills, enabling the ability to effectively advocate for the needs of the HR team and the organization.
Persuasion skills, allowing for the ability to effectively convince others to adopt a particular course of action or perspective.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A desire to advance your career in the human resources field, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
