Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies for new business and client renewals.
Identify, research, and engage with high-potential accounts to create integrated, cross-platform campaigns (print, digital, email, social, experiential).
Build and maintain relationships with direct clients and media agencies, offering tailored marketing solutions to achieve client objectives.
Confidently present Elite Traveler's value proposition, leveraging tech and data-driven marketing strategies to address client needs.
Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to align sales strategies with content and audience insights.
Oversee CRM management (Salesforce) and provide accurate forecasting and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
Represent Elite Traveler at industry events, networking to expand the client base and stay informed of market trends.
Mentor junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Required

A proven track record in sales with approximately five years of experience in print or digital media (B2C preferred).
Strong strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive and results-driven with a history of exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of thriving in both autonomous and collaborative environments.

Preferred

Experience in the luxury, travel, or fashion industries is highly desirable.
Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, is a plus.
