Responsibilities
Develop and Execute SEO Strategy: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives and drive organic growth
Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform content strategy
On-Page Optimization: Oversee on-page SEO efforts, including content optimization, meta tags, internal linking, and schema markup to improve search engine rankings
Technical SEO: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure website architecture, page speed, and technical elements are optimized for search engines
Content Strategy: Partner with content creators to develop and optimize high-quality content that meets SEO guidelines and enhances user experience
Link Building: The Senior Manager of SEO will manage and execute link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and organic rankings
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI
SEO Tools & Technologies: Utilize industry-standard tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track performance, identify issues, and optimize strategies
Stay Current on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of managing and executing successful SEO strategies
Deep knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in leading and mentoring a team
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders
