Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.

Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process, providing timely communication and feedback.

Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing, to identify and attract qualified and culturally aligned candidates.

Partner with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Collaborate with the People & Culture team to develop and implement employer branding initiatives that showcase our company culture and commitment to well-being.

Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process, providing timely communication and feedback.

Required

Experience or education in Recruiting.

A keen interest in coaching, personal development, and professional growth.

Knowledge and familiarity with full-cycle recruiting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative learning solutions.

Preferred

Prior experience with sourcing candidates is a plus.
