Responsibilities
Leads the strategic and operational aspects of practice solutions, driving the achievement both short-term and long-term objectives and enabling continuous integration and continuous delivery.
Identifies key performance drivers, set challenging targets and holds team members accountable for achieving results.
Leads and manages the transformation and growth for selling the practice solutions across the global footprint.
Directs, owns and optimizes the solution portfolio investment for the owned business solutions for clients, aligning with the business strategies and priorities.
Continually strives to innovate new and differentiated offerings that are repeatable and scalable for clients to help drive more intimate and longstanding client relationships.
Recommends, leads, identifies and creates demand for solutions that drive sales and ensure the financial viability for deployment, preparing and reviewing cost estimates.
Leads and manages a team of directors and ensure performance goals are constantly reviewed and achieved.
Designs and implements effective leadership structures and governance models.
Develops and manages a budget for the go-to-market practice solutions.
Drives the development and support a community of practice where information and best practices can be shared.
Authorizes and drives the implementation of operational policies and procedures for optimal practice efficiency.
Leads and drives solution design reviews to ensure capacity to provide the solution and the profitability to the business, whilst ensuring client requirements are met.
Ensures the definition and implementation of standards and tools for new solution architecture and delivers continuous delivery frameworks that will promote and establish a reliable and competitive practice.

Required
Fluency in technology-related topics with a natural interest in information services and technology.
Substantial knowledge of the business and products / solutions.
Substantial profit and loss management capability.
Thought leader and innovator with entrepreneurial mindset.
Substantial analytical mindset to secure and compare information from multiple sources to identify business issues; the ability to make sense of complex issues and ambiguous situations.
A high degree of personal maturity and confidence.
Substantial persuasion and influence capabilities.

Strategic thinking ability coupled with tactical operational management skills.
Substantial understanding of technologies in the scope of relevant practice(s).

A change agent who publicly identifies needed changes or directions that need adjustment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science or information systems or business or a related field.
Relevant technology certification(s).
Substantial demonstrated experience in a pre-sales/sales and/or solutions practice leadership role preferably gained within a global technology services organization.
Substantial track-record of implementing and leading a successful, global product innovation strategy while also delivering on short-term financial goals and longer-term operational improvements.
Substantial demonstrated experience managing and leading a team of technical and non-technical individuals.
Substantial demonstrated budget management experience.
Substantial demonstrated business development experience.
Substantial demonstrated experience implementing strategic and tactical initiatives that support the corporate strategy.
Preferred
SAFe Agile / Project or Program Management certification(s) are desirable.
