Responsibilities
Revenue Recognition: Ensure accurate and timely recognition of revenue in compliance with accounting standards and guidelines.
Collaboration with RCM Team: Work closely with the Revenue Cycle Management team to streamline billing processes and optimize revenue cycle performance.
Monthly Close Process: Oversee and manage the monthly close process, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
Financial Statements: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
Vendor Management: Liaise with financial vendors and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
Accounting Management: Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
3 to 5 years progressive experience in accounting/finance
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Healthcare/Clinic Experience
Healthcare OR Clinic: 2 years
accounting or finance: 2 years
