Responsibilities

Must have 5+ years of AWS Connect expertise.
Proficiency in at least one of the following platforms:
Cisco Webex CCE
Avaya Contact Center
NICE CXone
Genesys Contact Center
Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing contact center solutions.
Must be able to perform end-to-end project deliverables, including:
Solution design documentation.
Implementation and testing of contact center solutions.
Training client teams on new systems and technologies.
Providing ongoing technical support and maintenance.

Required

Must have 5+ years of AWS Connect expertise.
Proficiency in at least one of the following platforms: Cisco Webex CCE, Avaya Contact Center, NICE CXone, Genesys Contact Center.
Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing contact center solutions.
Must be able to perform end-to-end project deliverables, including: Solution design documentation, Implementation and testing of contact center solutions, Training client teams on new systems and technologies, Providing ongoing technical support and maintenance.

Preferred

Comprehensive understanding of cloud engineering and telephony systems.
Familiarity with unified communications platforms such as: Verint WFM, Calabrio WFM.
AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud Engineering principles.
Experience with other contact center platforms, including Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, and NICE CXone.
