Responsibilities

Expand Our Reach: Lead audience development and marketing efforts to attract, engage, and retain a diverse and passionate readership. Craft compelling, data-driven campaigns that amplify our message and deepen audience engagement.
Embrace Innovation: Spearhead the development of cutting-edge multimedia platforms, seamlessly integrating digital, social, and webinar channels to enhance the reader experience and expand NPQ's brand presence.
Forge Powerful Partnerships: Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure alignment between marketing, revenue, and editorial goals. Cultivate strategic partnerships with like-minded organizations to extend our reach and amplify our impact.
Be a Force for Change: Act as a public-facing representative of NPQ, advocating for a mission-driven media model that prioritizes equity, integrity, and social impact.

Required
A proven track record of leading marketing and revenue growth, preferably in the media industry.
