Responsibilities

Design and implement security strategies tailored to operational technology environments, focusing on safeguarding industrial control systems and critical infrastructure.
Develop and deploy security solutions specifically for OT environments, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing systems and address unique operational risks.
Conduct thorough risk assessments of OT systems to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats. Implement measures to mitigate these risks and enhance overall security.
Engage with clients to understand their OT security needs, provide customized recommendations, and guide them through the adoption of effective security practices.
Ensure that OT security solutions comply with industry regulations and standards, such as NIST and ISA/IEC 62443, and advise clients on achieving and maintaining compliance.
Support clients in managing and responding to security incidents involving OT systems, including investigating breaches and implementing remediation strategies.
Oversee the execution of OT security projects, including planning, coordination, and delivery, ensuring that solutions meet client requirements and are completed on time.
Develop and deliver training programs for client teams on OT security best practices and technologies, ensuring they can effectively manage and protect their systems.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in OT security, continuously improving security solutions to adapt to evolving threats and technologies.
Understand customer needs and design solutions that solve for their needs-short and long term
Evaluate and recommend security strategies for networks, systems, operations, cloud, people, process and technologies
Through the application of industry standards and security best practices, develop and recommend plans to structure secure architectures
Manage and build a high-performance security advisory team that matures our practice, supports the pursuit of engagements and delivers cyber security services to enterprise level clients
Understand customer problems and develop new solutions that are most effective and differentiated from our competitors
Be the primary lead in cybersecurity delivery engagements for a wide variety of clients in different industry verticals
Develop, create and write and deliver documentation and technical artifacts in a professional matter that will be given to Clients and others in a professional manner
Lead a cross-functional team through WWT IML principal alignment and customer delivery excellence.
Challenges the team to approach business and technical opportunities with a creative and innovative mindset
Use a strategic approach to managing customer interactions and data throughout the customer journey with a goal of higher business growth through better customer experiences
Build and maintain consultative relationship with strategic customers (VP/CxO level) and partners (OEMs)
Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions
Maintain a strong focus on trends and developments in the IT and security industries and leverage that input to influence development and investments into the practice

Required

5-10 years’ experience in:
Leadership (prior roles with management or higher titles)
Operational technology
Security consulting with example deliverables (or equivalent roles)
Overall cyber security technical experience
Networking expertise, including previous hands-on roles in supporting routers, switches, and firewalls
Knowledge of current and upcoming security technologies and operations
Working knowledge and consulting experience in at least five of the following areas:
Zero Trust Architectures
Enterprise Segmentation and associated technologies
Operational Technologies and Environments
Threat and Vulnerability Management
Data Protection and Privacy
Security Operations
Identity and Access Management
Network and Systems Security
Ability to perform concurrent tasks in complex environments under adjusting priorities
Ability to communicate and modify approach, language, and style to different audiences
Professional writing style and experience with demonstrable technical and business-related artifacts is required
Collaborative, with the ability to manage conflicting interests and deal with ambiguity.
Effective communication skills: capable of supporting presentations to convey concepts and solutions, writing effective emails, and discussing strategy with senior executives.
Strong teamwork qualities: able to gain the trust of customers and collaborate effectively within the WWT team.
Intellectually curious with a desire to understand constantly evolving technology solutions.
Proactive, collaborative, with emotional intelligence, and the capacity to learn and synthesize new information.
Adaptable, with the ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Self-directed, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.

Preferred

Bachelors degree preferred
CISSP, CISM, CISA or compliance certifications desired
Previous consulting experience is highly preferred.
