Responsibilities
Conduct manual testing on our web and mobile platforms.
Develop clear and concise test cases and plans that anyone familiar with our product can easily follow.
Find and describe bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement, collaborating with developers to get them resolved.
Take charge of creating and refining thoughtful, high-quality test cases and plans that guide both testing and product improvements.
Ensure each case is clear, actionable, and user-focused.
Test with empathy, imagining how each feature impacts the user’s experience, so our solutions remain accessible and easy to use.
While manual testing is central to the role, you’ll have the chance to explore automation tools and improve testing processes over time.
Partner with developers and other teams to resolve issues and, when things are quieter, offer help or find new ways to contribute.

Required
Experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester, particularly on web and mobile applications (automation experience is a plus!)
Solid understanding of testing principles, methods, and best practices
Familiar with browser dev tools and debugging for web applications
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Able to provide actionable feedback and collaborate well across teams
Clear and concise in providing feedback, proactively collaborates across teams, and values effective, open dialogue
Can work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
