Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources (e.g., CRM, ERP, sales, finance).
Design, create, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders across the business.
Identify trends, patterns, and outliers in data and present findings to guide business strategy.
Ensure reports and dashboards are accurate, consistent, and timely.
Develop and manage interactive dashboards to provide real-time insights to leadership and teams.
Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, etc.) to present data in a meaningful way.
Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance, operations) to align on key metrics and business objectives.
Support business decision-making with data-backed insights and reports.
Ensure data quality by identifying discrepancies and recommending improvements.
Implement best practices for data governance and ensure compliance with internal data standards.
Develop and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Recommend and implement tools or processes to streamline data collection and reporting.
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis for special projects or initiatives as needed.
Prepare and present findings to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, or Excel).
Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex data in a clear, concise manner.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., SQL, Power BI, MS Dynamics) are a plus.
