Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Student Financials, providing functional and technical guidance.
Lead and participate in configuration, testing, and implementation of Student Financials processes within Workday.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and refine business requirements, ensuring alignment with Workday capabilities.
Develop and deliver user training sessions and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
Troubleshoot issues, manage system updates, and implement enhancements to optimize the use of Workday Student Financials.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Workday HR, Finance, and other Student modules for seamless integration.
Document requirements, processes, configurations, and training materials.

Required
Workday Student Financials certification (active).
3-5 years of experience in Workday implementations with a focus on higher education.
Proven expertise in configuring and optimizing Student Financials, including billing, payments, financial aid integration, and reporting.
Strong understanding of student lifecycle processes and their integration with financial systems.
Demonstrated experience in leading full-cycle Workday Student Financials implementations.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting financial data to drive decisions.
Preferred
Experience working with Workday partners or within a consulting environment.
Knowledge of other Workday modules like Workday HR, Financials, or Student Records is a plus.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial aid processes in higher education.
Must be willing to transfer certification to the hiring partner.
Independent consultant preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
