Responsibilities
Assist in managing project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on schedule while maintaining quality standards
Help allocate creative resources to the appropriate projects based on availability and skill set
Contribute to the development and optimization of workflows
Support in monitoring project budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and helping to track expenses to stay within the defined scope
Own project setup and management in Teamwork

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or a similar role within an advertising or marketing agency
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative and cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring quality and meeting deadlines
Basic understanding of creative processes, from concept development to execution
