Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of proposal writers, ensuring high-quality, timely responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
Oversee the entire proposal lifecycle, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
Collaborate with sales, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to develop tailored solutions.
Implement best practices to improve proposal quality and success rates.
Maintain a library of templates, case studies, and supporting materials in Loopio.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance competitiveness.
Develop partnerships and Joint Ventures to pursue and win complex deals.
Position V-Soft’s services for government and commercial contracts, translating private sector success into government opportunities.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proposal management experience, ideally in IT consulting or related industries.
Proven experience managing teams across multiple locations.
Expertise in GSA, SLED (State, Local, Education), and Federal contracting.
Experience in forming partnerships and Joint Ventures to win complex deals.
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Preferred
Familiarity with proposal management software (e.g., Loopio) is a plus.
