Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software for Electronic Health Records systems.
Ensure the integrity, security, and privacy of patient data in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Integrate EHRS with other healthcare systems and databases for seamless data exchange.
Optimize system performance to ensure fast, reliable access to electronic health records.
Ensure software compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant healthcare IT standards.
Stay updated with changes in healthcare regulations and adjust systems accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, healthcare professionals, and external partners, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and project planning sessions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in the EHRS software.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Research and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance the EHRS.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to improve system functionality and user experience.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development, specifically in Electronic Health Records systems.
Proven track record of developing and maintaining high-quality healthcare software.
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
Experience with database management, web services, and API integration.
Strong understanding of data privacy and security principles in healthcare.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
