Responsibilities
Prepare for a client’s hearing by analyzing the cases & interpreting the laws
Conduct pre-hearings with clients to review case information & advise clients of court processes
Evaluate findings and developing strategies & arguments for case presentation
Represent clients in court regarding their SS or VA disability claim
Assist SS or VA team members with questions & client concerns
Attend virtual hearings

Required
Two or more years of SS or VA disability representation experience
Provide a high level of service to clients
Demonstrate a high level of integrity, accountability, and team commitment
Prepare for a client’s hearing by analyzing the cases & interpreting the laws
Conduct pre-hearings with clients to review case information & advise clients of court processes
Evaluate findings and developing strategies & arguments for case presentation
Represent clients in court regarding their SS or VA disability claim
Assist SS or VA team members with questions & client concerns
