Responsibilities
Be the engineer of record for all constructed projects
Develop and institute quality control processes
Sign and seal documents as required in all 50 US states (registration will be provided by ChangeUp)
Manage workload distribution among MEP team members
Manage the engineering department (including budget and schedules)
Train MEP staff

Required
A minimum of 15 years experience
Professional PE registration (required)
Thorough knowledge of application of building and energy codes
LEED familiarity
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Design Master, and MS Office Suite
A love of working collaboratively with a team
Preferred
Lighting design experience is preferred
You have previous retail facility design experience
