Earned an undergraduate degree or in the process of it
Passionate about customer service and always having a friendly, polite, and positive attitude
On time and available online for daily work shift
Likes to explore new products and technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to explain complex information easily and concisely
Enjoys problem solving and finding creative solutions to challenges
Able to juggle multiple tasks at once
Working knowledge of Microsoft and Apple operating systems and applications
