Responsibilities
Develop and execute material and ingredient supply plans to meet production demands.
Write, manage, and track all purchase orders to ensure timely procurement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, co-manufacturers (Co-Mans), and suppliers.
Optimize supply chain strategies, including cost reduction initiatives and dual sourcing.
Oversee finished goods inventory across various sales channels (DTC, Amazon, Retail, etc.).
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Assist in COGS and UEC management for accurate financial tracking.
Coordinate short-term and long-term production schedules with Co-Mans.
Collaborate with product development, quality, and marketing teams to ensure smooth new product launches.
Manage 3PL communications and fulfillment operations, ensuring timely delivery and operational efficiency.
Oversee domestic and international freight logistics, focusing on cost management and process improvements.
Drive last-mile logistics improvements as needed.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, customer service, and Amazon operations, to align supply chain activities with business goals.
Work closely with finance on forecasting and demand planning.

Required
3-5 years of experience in supply chain management.
Expertise in supply planning, purchasing/procurement, and inventory management.
Background in production/manufacturing, ideally within consumables, CPG, or similar industries.
Strong vendor and co-manufacturer management experience.
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Demonstrated ability to operate outside of ERP systems and manage processes manually when necessary.
Experience in domestic and international freight logistics.
Proven ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies, such as cost reduction and dual sourcing.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
