Required
5+ years of experience designing enterprise or commercial software
Design Thinking and User Research skills
Visual Design and User Experience (UX) skills
Prototyping skills
Experience in creating intuitive and user-friendly designs
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of industry tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite etc.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
Ability to clearly express and present ideas and designs internally and to clients
Experience designing software applications with complex interactions
Enterprise and/or commercial applications
Experience running UX workshops with users
Deep understanding of design systems such as Material Design etc.
