Head of Global Performance Marketing

Responsibilities
Team leadership - lead, manage, and coach direct reports on the global performance marketing team.
Campaign strategy & management - Plan, execute, optimize, and test global campaigns across various online platforms, including paid search, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and display campaigns. Experience is required in LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, other emerging platforms, and all search platforms.
US campaign management - run & execute US-specific campaigns (we are a global company and need someone who will be focused on the US market specifically)
Data Analysis & Optimization - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and make recommendations to prioritize investment and maximize ROI. KPIs include CTR, CPC, CPL, and CAC.
Testing - Identify and test new and existing marketing channels and tactics using A/B testing to deliver optimization recommendations to improve performance
Reporting & Forecasting - Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI to internal stakeholders and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual performance
Budget Management - Manage campaign budgets and ensure they are spent efficiently.
Integrations - Identify and integrate third-party tracking vendors and integrate with social platforms
Collaboration - Partner with key members of the organization to deliver results, including admissions/sales.

Required
3+ years of people leadership
5+ years of digital marketing experience, including significant experience in paid search and social media advertising. Deep knowledge of Google, LinkedIn, and Meta is a must.
Experience in the US + International markets is a big plus
Start-up experience a must
Metrics-driven with a consistent track record of driving ROI, optimizing platforms, and delivering actionable recommendations
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including admissions, sales, brand, product, and partnerships, to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in different markets and sharp cultural awareness
A self-starter with initiative and drive, capable of executing rapidly and thriving in a demanding, result-oriented and fast-paced environment
Experience working with creative teams
A passion for all things social and eagerness to learn about new ideas.
