Responsibilities
Troubleshooting the incident that comes
Handling a tickets system
Obtain information for the devices
Pull up device logs, and identify the bugs or incidents
Interacting & coordinating with multiple teams such as firmware teams, and technical teams
Identify the cause of the problem and resolve it
On call rotations after every 8 days

Required
Experience in Video Cyber support, video devices, settop box, smart TV.
Ability to troubleshoot incidents and handle a ticket system.
Ability to obtain information for devices.
Experience in pulling up device logs and identifying bugs or incidents.
Experience in interacting and coordinating with multiple teams such as firmware teams and technical teams.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to pull logs and identify the cause of problems and resolve them.
Willingness to be on call rotations after every 8 days, including weekends.
Experience with Linux.
Time management skills.
Ticket management experience (not specific tool, but tool can be trained).
