Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to assess customer satisfaction.
Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base.
Understand the customer's business objectives and align our solutions accordingly.
Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth implementation of products.
Train customers on product functionalities and features for optimal use.
Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support customer initiatives.
Prepare reports on customer health metrics and provide insights to management.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
Gather customer feedback to drive product enhancements.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
Manage customer expectations and deliver exceptional service at all times.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Familiarity with SaaS product offerings and technology trends.

Strong presentation skills for client meetings and workshops.
