Responsibilities

Be a point of contact for all customer-related security inquiries

Facilitate customer inquiries, including contributing to requests for proposals (RFPs), automating responses to customer security inquiries, and due diligence assessments.

Partner closely with ThoughtSpot’s sales, customer success, product, and engineering teams to support pre- and post-sales security communication

Become an SME on ThoughtSpot’s products and maintain an accurate knowledge base of ThoughtSpot’s security posture

Develop customer-facing security assurance content about ThoughtSpot’s security capabilities

Review contracts and agreements for security-related content

Create customer-facing security assets (e.g., documentation, white papers, FAQs) to drive velocity in the sales cycle

Assist development of metrics and reporting on customer security program performance

Required

5+ years of experience in Information security and governance, risk, and compliance

3+ years of experience working with customers, performing security audits, and facilitating security assessments

Working knowledge of information security (e.g., encryption, identity and access management, change management, vulnerability management, etc.) and compliance including SOC2, ISO27001, NIST CSF, HIPAA, PCI, HITRUST, GDPR, CCPA, Etc.

Experience in partnering with sales enablement and field sales teams to respond to customer security inquiries

Experience managing security/compliance questionnaires, RFPs and contract review

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to articulate complex issues to a wide range of technical and business backgrounds

Industry experience with SaaS and cloud services

Self-motivated and driven; ability to perform and excel with little supervision

Preferred

CISSP, CCSP, or other Information Security-related certifications is a plus
