Responsibilities
Ensuring strategic initiatives are supported by user-centric practices and design thinking processes.
Discovering and defining user needs and validating design solutions through qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
Developing a strong perspective on product design, supported by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends.
Regularly collaborating with fellow Product Designers to provide guidance on design principles and ongoing projects.
Contributing to the enhancement of product market strategies.
Testing desirability and usability with customers, as well as feasibility with engineers, to facilitate rapid design iterations.
Making contributions to the evolving design system as necessary.
Translating concepts into user journeys, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that result in engaging and retaining customer experiences.

Required
4+ years of experience as a product designer or in a similar role.
The ability to influence change while effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Confidence in communicating future design directions to senior stakeholders, including founders, and inspiring positive actions within the team to bring visions to life.
Expertise in championing user experience and defending design rationale to all stakeholders.
A comprehensive understanding of the discovery process in product design and development.
Strong facilitation skills for conducting various design and research workshops.
Demonstrated experience working within Agile methodologies and utilizing Agile tools.
Experience in designing web-based user interfaces, with a solid foundation in design theory and principles.
Strong background in design systems.
A robust portfolio showcasing product design projects.
Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams alongside Product Managers and Software Engineers.
Preferred
Prior work in the legal domain is advantageous but not mandatory.
