Responsibilities

Drive partner business and marketing strategies to achieve growth targets.
Engage Partner leads in an assigned region through outbound calls and emails.
Promote and enable the Object First Partner Program, including Partner Pre-sales and Sales.
Onboard and train partners using the Object First Partner Portal.
Identify and recruit new partners by collaborating with Distribution Partner Sales Reps and OEM Partner Managers.
Process and respond to Deal Registration requests.
Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, ensuring accurate forecast commits.
Meet or exceed activity KPIs.

Required

Proven ability to achieve measurable goals and drive productivity with partners.
Strong relationship-building skills, promoting effective teamwork both internally and externally.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information persuasively and clearly in person, by phone, and in writing.
Demonstrated success in driving business objectives and sales growth.
Adaptability to evolving roles and responsibilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical thinker with proven experience in metrics and governance.
US-based with authorization to work in the USA.
At least 3 years of experience in Channel Sales is required.
Bachelor’s degree
