Responsibilities

Work with Sales team to provide Salesforce based solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds, sales, service, marketing, industry clouds.

Provide estimations for large projects with complex architecture and integrations

Present and talk knowledgably on well architected framework

Provide architectural thought leadership to multiple clients.

Providing business solutions that may require Apex Language, Classes and Workflow, Triggers/Controllers or Visual Force Pages for project specific requriements

Mentor and manage team to be able to keep project on time Quality Assurance review of work done by the team

Present architecture options and recommendations - including configuration vs customization

Delivering full lifecycle Salesforce implementations from inception to rollout

Maintaining and supporting Salesforce systems

Creating architecture and high level design documents

Evaluating new features and supporting the development of new business functions

Create industry specific use cases for technologies such as Agentforce
