Responsibilities

Define, design, and implement ServiceNow architecture, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and other platform modules.
Develop and enforce best practices for ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and integration.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting project deadlines.
Provide architectural governance to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and objectives.
Develop integration strategies to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, and monitoring tools).
Manage and mentor development teams to ensure technical excellence and adherence to coding standards.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization for existing ServiceNow implementations.
Stay updated on new features and releases of the ServiceNow platform to recommend improvements.
Drive automation initiatives to improve business processes and reduce operational costs.

Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
18+ years of experience in IT, with at least 8-10 years dedicated to ServiceNow architecture and development.
Expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HRSD.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and integration tools like MID Servers.
Proficiency in ServiceNow data models and CMDB best practices.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Certifications such as Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or Certified Application Developer.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, or RPA within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and predictive intelligence tools.
