Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Sage software implementations.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the use of Sage software solutions.
Design and configure Sage software systems to meet business requirements and objectives.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure that solutions meet functional and performance requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Sage software solutions.
Stay up to date on the latest developments and best practices in Sage software and industry trends.
Participate in meetings and presentations to communicate project status, updates, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Sage Software Solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Sage applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong understanding of business processes across various functions such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales.
Experience working in SSIS and SSRS
Ability to successfully execute multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
Experience in using T SQL in enterprise level database.
3+ functional and technical experience Sage 500 experience
3+ SQL Server experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Organizational and time management skills
Preferred
Certification in Sage software solutions is a plus.
Experience doing written evaluation of tools, technologies, and methodologies for software development preferred.
