Responsibilities
Ensure top of funnel metrics (IPM, CPI, Retention) are optimized to achieve targets for each game
Comfortable communicating to Executives and cross-functionally, providing regular status updates and progression towards a broader vision
Experience managing others; motivating and identifying growth opportunities for junior team members and working on a plan to get them to fulfill their potential
Quickly adapt to evolving creative market trends
Creative Services lens: explain why an ad is working at scale, and help them understand how to drive incremental revenue by brainstorming around its core principles
Work closely with Data Science to integrate systems for asset rotation and creative quality
Lead Creative Testing - Pioneer creative testing strategy, execution and scale
In addition to UA, understand ASO’s key success metrics and ensure CPM team is actively helping improve those metrics through strategic creative recommendations
Forge new measurement approaches for Brand creative initiatives
Motivate each team (CPM, Creative Services, UA) to be hyper focused on maximizing revenue

Required
Deep understanding of the core principles of what makes ad creative successful within mobile user acquisition campaigns
Ability to effectively lead collaborative efforts with cross functional teams
Thrive in an environment with imperfect data
