Responsibilities

Manages a team of Network Engineers to include performing daily operations management, escalations, and work prioritization in support of large client environment on site and remotely.

Manages the operation of data communication systems, including LANs and/or WANs.

Duties include customer engagement, leading major incident (MIRT) responses, ensure SLA compliance and service support delivery.

Demonstrates competence in key areas of management and leadership expertise including communication, staff direction and motivation, financial planning and control, quality management, risk analysis and the achievement of targets.

Proposes and manages the implementation of system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.

Provide daily network administration and management; operates data communication systems, including LANs and WANs.

Plans, designs and implements networked systems, including configurations, and supports/troubleshoots network problems.

Develops and evaluates network performance criteria and measurement methods.

Prepares the analysis of the capacity needs for network infrastructure.

Supports 24/7/365 on-call operations.

Manages the Implementation of changes in accordance with established change management procedures.
