Responsibilities
Understand, monitor, and analyze KPIs, operational metrics, patient funnels, and revenue cycle data. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine operating processes, collect data, and enhance reporting systems.
Prepare and validate monthly financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
Develop financial models and analyses, including monthly GAAP financials, weekly cash flow forecasts, headcount models, budgets, forecasts, and ad-hoc reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Prepare presentations and reports for internal reviews and board meetings.
Support financial integration of new acquisitions, including aligning reporting standards, process improvements, and onboarding of acquired entities.
Collaborate with external partners on annual audits, insurance renewals, property tax filings, and income preparation.
Participate in M&A activities, including due diligence, financial analysis of target companies, and post-acquisition integration efforts.

Required
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, ideally within a private equity portfolio company, investment banking, or financial consulting.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with large data sets.
Strong problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or Python is highly desirable.
Healthcare industry experience or familiarity with patient funnel analysis is strongly preferred.
Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including due diligence and financial integration, strongly.
