Responsibilities
Support and maintain the optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, and maintenance.
Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
Process documentation for new hires, terminations, and employee changes, ensuring timely completion of forms and system updates.
Collaborates with HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
Maintenance of permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
Assist in generating routine and ad-hoc reports on headcount, employee demographics, and HR metrics to support decision-making.
Ensure data integrity, conduct audits, and make corrections as needed to maintain accurate employee records.
Ensure all employee data is handled securely and in accordance with privacy laws and company policies.
Performs other duties as required.

Required
2-3 years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably with Paycor HRIS environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
Ability to keep information confidential.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Enjoy and thrive working in a busy and dynamic environment.
Ability to think on feet and handle competing priorities.
Solutions orientated, knowing when to escalate potential issues and challenges.
A collaborator with excellent communication skills.
A clear and friendly communication style with strong listening skills, both written and verbal.
Must be a positive, proactive, think outside the box, and organized team player.
A high attention for detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with a team that is distributed remotely.
Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal guidance.

Must possess work authorization in the United States.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Multilingual ability is a plus.
