Responsibilities

Identify and qualify business opportunities, addressing technical objections and developing solutions.

Deliver product and solution briefings, conduct proof-of-concept work, and manage technical aspects of customer proposals (RFPs).

Collect requirements for services engagements and document them as Statements of Work.

Present Statements of Work to Customers.

Showcase and prototype product integrations in customer/partner environments.

Recommend integration strategies, architectures, and infrastructure for successful Google Workspace & Gemini implementation.

Educate GTM teams on Google Workspace, Gemini, and gPanel capabilities and empower them to drive technical innovation for customers.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Google Workspace Administrator Certification or equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience as a power user, technical support technician, or trainer on power applications and productivity software.

Proven experience in technical cloud ecosystems, particularly with enterprise productivity solutions and related services (e.g., Messaging, Identity Management, Endpoint Management).

Experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally as a technical sales engineer in a SaaS environment.

Deep understanding of productivity technologies and how they integrate with AI, Identity, and end-user systems.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor technical information for both executive and technical audiences.

Strong interpersonal skills to foster and develop relationships with customers and partners.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with product marketing, engineering, and sales teams.
