Responsibilities

2+ years of experience in litigation or investigations at a major U.S. law firm, government or an in-house legal department

5+ years of experience with eDiscovery, database tools, and an interest in certifications

Experience in all phases of the EDRM, such as identification, preservation, collection, review, production of documents, and quality assurance testing of coding calls

Strong experience in Relativity and familiarity with other eDiscovery tools

Experience in document review management at a law firm, in-house legal department, or consulting firm

Experience in negotiating ESI protocols and testing keyword searches

Confidence and experience in written and verbal communications with all levels of law firm professionals

Active bar license, in state in which you reside, in good standing

Residence in Mountain or Pacific time zone
