Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules, ensuring alignment with system requirements through collaboration with the Oracle team and key stakeholders.

Serve as a subject matter expert in the Oracle Cloud HCM suite, particularly in Payroll, Time and Labor, and Absence Management, while understanding interdependencies with other modules (e.g., Core HR, Benefits).

Coordinate business requirements gathering and conduct gap analysis to design effective solutions.

Map business requirements to Oracle HCM Cloud functionality and create comprehensive project documentation (business process design, configuration design, requirements traceability matrix).

Guide the re-engineering of business processes to enhance efficiency and implement preventive controls.

Identify and escalate potential risks or issues impacting the implementation process.

Develop and coordinate testing plans, including drafting test scripts, identifying test data, logging defects, and formulating parallel testing strategies for payroll and timekeeping.

Design and configure reports and queries to support payroll operations post-implementation.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree

10-15 years in payroll operations and Oracle Cloud implementation.

Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, specifically Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.

Full life cycle experience in application setup, testing, user training, and production support.

Experience in designing and testing conversions, interfaces with third parties, and custom reporting.

Proficiency in Timekeeping and Payroll Operations.

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
