Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategic plan for the mobility vertical, aligning with corporate objectives.
Identify growth opportunities in the mobility sector and develop initiatives to capture market share.
Guide the team through the integration of emerging mobility solutions, technologies, and trends.
Analyze market trends and customer needs within the mobility sector to inform product development and service offerings.
Drive sales and business development efforts, establishing key partnerships with industry stakeholders, government bodies, and third-party vendors.
Lead initiatives to expand customer base and revenue streams in new and existing markets.
Oversee the development and implementation of new products and services, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, marketing) to launch and promote innovative mobility solutions.
Manage projects related to digital transformation, automation, and sustainability within the mobility sector.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Streamline processes to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and improve overall service quality.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements across all operations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to the mobility vertical.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Drive talent acquisition, retention, and professional development within the team.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in mobility, transportation, logistics, or a related industry, with a track record of leadership
Strong understanding of mobility trends, including electrification, automation, smart cities, and shared mobility
Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and P&L management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects
Preferred
Master’s or MBA
