Responsibilities
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management and other stakeholders.
Collect and analyze HR data such as employee demographics, turnover rates, and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Use historical data and statistical methods to forecast future HR trends, such as staffing needs, turnover rates, and workforce demographics.
Conduct benchmarking studies to compare HR metrics and practices against industry standards and competitors to identify areas for improvement.
Analyze recruitment data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, including sourcing channels, candidate selection methods, and time-to-hire.
Participate in special HR projects such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, or system implementations, providing analytical expertise and support.
Assist in workforce planning activities by providing data-driven insights into current and future workforce needs, skill gaps, and succession planning.
Identify, recommend, and program custom functions and documentation, including automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
Develop data integrity standards, auditing best practices, and training materials to deepen understanding of provided analysis.
Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) and databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects, ensuring smooth transitions and effective change management.

Required
3 years of experience with HRIS business analytics required.
Advanced experience with business intelligence reporting systems, analytic tools, UKG Pro, Power BI, R, and/or other visualization tools required.
Experience translating complex data into compelling narratives that drive informed decision-making required.
Energetic, fun, solution-oriented, self-motivated, hardworking, roll up your sleeves and get it done type personality.
Ability to prioritize and complete work promptly without active supervision is critical, but similarly important is knowing when to ask for help.
Focused on HR trends, developments, and best practices.
Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal that can multitask and respond quickly to competing priorities.
Experience working in a geographically dispersed organization with a population of 2,500 or more team members.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of taking initiative and driving results.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Thorough understanding of functional analysis and system design.
Familiar with human resources policies and procedures to ensure data insights craft valuable insights for people decisions.
